The Body Burn workout is an exercise list that follows a High Intensity Interval Training format. Perform each of the exercises for 60 seconds, and then take 30 seconds to recover and prepare yourself for the next exercise on the list. The workout is a combination of equipment-based and bodyweight exercises, so it’s suitable for all ability levels. There are no weights to think about or repetitions to count it follows an AMRAP system, where your aim is to perform As Many Reps As Possible within the required time slot.
