Or if you have come a first time on our channel then do subscribe our channel. and press the bell button also. so that you can get notifications about the latest videos of our channel. so friends now I will tell you how to do this exercise.What you have to do is just lie down straight comfortably on bed or exercise mat. now bend your knees as shown in the video. now take a pillow and place it between both knees. now press the pillow with the thigh that has fractured, against another thigh and keep the other guy stationary or fixed. if right thigh is fractured one then press with right thigh and keep the left thigh fixed. likewise, if left thigh is fractured then press with left thigh and keep the right thigh stationary or fixed. friends this exercise helps in strengthening of muscles of the medial compartment of the thigh and helps a lot in walking straight after the fracture. because in many cases It is seen that after the fracture when the patient starts walking.he feels it difficult to walk straight and his foot goes outside while walking. With this exercise, you will get much help in walking Straight. and you will see that within just 7 to 10 days there is an improvement in the muscles of the medial compartment of the thigh or inner side of the thigh.
